Discover the art of mindful movement through a gentle and grounding Dharma Yoga series in Palo Alto. Over four Sundays, we’ll explore breath, posture, balance, flexibility, meditation, and relaxation in a welcoming space designed for all levels.
Led by movement educator Paulina Barradas, these 90-minute classes blend yoga, breathwork, and awareness practices to help cultivate strength, calmness, mobility, and presence — both on and off the mat.
