Ensign Red at Winters Tavern

Ensign Red joins Tehmodhjin and B.F.H. at Winters Tavern, bring a sound experience to Pacifica that will be remembered Ensign Red is a Nothern California-based band and has been together under that name since 2017. The name "Ensign Red" comes from the red pirate flag some crews would fly during the Golden Age of Piracy. While many are familiar with the Black Flag (the classic Jolly Roger), when a pirate ship flew the Red Flag (the “Red Ensign”), it meant, "No Quarter, No Negotiation, No Prisoners." The overall philosophy of the band members has been, "Bring your influences and we will blend them in." Elements of hard rock, power metal, thrash, metalcore, and folk metal can be heard but their preferred response is to say, "We're a heavy metal band at heart and where you slot us is up to the listener."
