Admission may be refused or the ticket holder may be removed for violation of venue policies, event rules, or applicable laws, at the sole discretion of the venue. By attending this event, the ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks incidental to attendance, including the risk of personal injury or illness, and agrees that the venue, promoters, performers, and staff shall not be liable for any injury, illness, loss, or death arising from attendance at the event, except as required by California law. Unauthorized recording, transmission, or reproduction of the event is strictly prohibited. Any such activity will result in immediate termination of this license and removal from the venue. The ticket holder grants permission for their image or likeness to be captured and used in any photography, video, or promotional materials related to the event, without compensation.
