Mamahuhu x Books Inc. Chinese American Lit Club: JuneJoin Mamahuhu and our neighbors at Books Inc. for our Palo Alto Chinese-American Literature Club, a summer series celebrating Chinese-American stories over good food.

This month, we're reading Counterfeit by San Francisco-based author Kirstin Chen. Known for sharp, page-turning stories about ambition, identity, and Asian diasporic life, Chen's bestselling novel follows an unlikely counterfeit luxury handbag operation spanning Silicon Valley and China.

We'll begin the evening with dinner and conversation at Mamahuhu before settling into a dedicated discussion and special visit with Kirstin Chen. Alongside Counterfeit, Kirstin will also share more about her forthcoming novel, Tech Wives.
