August 14, 2026 | Rickshaw Stop, San Francisco | Doors 8PM | $20 Adv / $25 Door SAN FRANCISCO, CA — This summer, four of the Bay Area's most distinctive voices in soul, funk and jazz-rock converge on one stage for a night that promises to be among the year's most memorable shows. On August 14th, Smoked Out Soul, Otis McDonald, and Seal Party take the stage at the Rickshaw Stop in San Francisco — joined by very special guest Lester Chambers, legendary lead singer of The Chambers Brothers. SMOKED OUT SOUL Smoked Out Soul is a future-forward funk collective blending classic soul with modern bass music. Their high-energy live show combines a DJ dance set with live horns, synths, guitar, drums and percussion — bridging the gap between Memphis grit and California cool. What began as a weekly party at Monarch, a legendary club in San Francisco's Mission District, has evolved into a full-fledged touring band, production team and record label. Helmed by producer/DJ/guitarist Zebuel, Smoked Out Soul features an all-star lineup of Bay Area talent. Their genre-blending sound has lit up stages at Bonnaroo, Lightning in a Bottle, Outside Lands, Symbiosis, High Sierra Music Festival and Joshua Tree Music Festival. OTIS McDONALD Otis McDonald is the alter ego of the prolific San Francisco composer, producer, vocalist and multi-instrumentalist Joe Bagale. Writing and producing out of the legendary Hyde Street Studios, his music spans funk, hip-hop, lo-fi, jazz and rock. With music featured on 3.5 million YouTube videos totaling 7.6 billion views, McDonald is one of the most widely heard independent artists in the digital era — and a magnetic live performer with deep roots in the Bay Area soul scene. SEAL PARTY Seal Party is a jazz-rock juggernaut forged in the storied rooms of San Francisco's historic Hyde Street Studios. Studio veterans Kevin Seal (vocals/keyboards) and Chris McGrew (drums/production) have built a reputation for beautiful songwriting, buttery baritone melodies, and
