SoHum Girls Band in Concert

We are thrilled to be invited back to perform on this beautiful stage in Golden Gate Park! This is part of a summer of music, presented free in a beautiful setting, by a talented team, headed by Steffen Franz, to perform a full concert for all of you. See you in the Park! Born in the hills of Southern Humboldt County (SoHum), the SoHum Girls Band started s as a songwriting project for Marcia and Brigette, but has grown into the diverse, high energy band it is today. The band is currently finishing their 7th album of original music, with more than 80 songs, spanning funk, rock, swing, blues, R&B, New Orleans second line, calypso, Latin, country, ballads.. with a good dose of humor, happinesss and love! Everyone in this band is a pro, having played in many bands of different styles and genres, so they bring all of those skills to creating their sound. They are in demand at festivals and other venues, where their ability to connect with audiences shines.
