
Center yourself and increase your focus with mindfulness meditation led by Phuong Pham. Each session begins with an introduction to meditation, 15 minutes of sitting and releasing meditation, and group sharing and Q&A. This program is open to all ages, young and old, and all levels of experience. Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by an adult. No registration is required. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats and/or meditation cushions. Chairs are available for those who do not bring them.
